Biography
As an Associate Professor at Vlerick Business School, Karlien holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Ghent, and previously served as a Researcher at the University of Maryland, USA. Her research focuses on social intelligence and enhancing organizational performance through behavior and interactions. Specializing in people management, leadership in digital transformation, and developing diverse teams, she also teaches and co-directs the Centre for Smart People in the Smart Supply Chain at Vlerick Business School.
