Gartner® Peer Insights™ 'Voice of the Customer': Supply Chain Planning Solution

The Gartner Voice of the Customer report on supply chain planning solutions integrates user reviews appearing on the Gartner Peer Insights platform and combines the peer perspective with Gartner’s own expert research, to give IT decision makers insight into the real-world experience customers have of implementing and operating a supply chain solution.

“Gartner Peer Insights is a public platform that offers verified, first-hand reviews of enterprise software and services from experienced IT professionals.”

The report, analyzing survey results for the 18-month period to the end of August 2022, reveals that customers gave OMP an overall rating of 4.7 out of a 5, based on 24 reviews, and 95% of reviewers say they’re willing to recommend OMP.
