At OMP, we prioritize the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. As part of this commitment, we have been closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus outbreak to evaluate the most effective way for us to maintain the services that our customers rely on.
Based on the current situation, we have decided to activate one of our business continuity plans. This plan will ensure that we are able to continue our key business operations, including keeping our Customer Services helpdesk up and running to support our customers within their SLA agreements.
Furthermore, our infrastructure and way of working enable all of our employees to work efficiently together, even when they are located in different places due to safety measures. Our close cooperation with our customers will continue remotely.
We will keep our customers up to date with any relevant changes regarding the situation as it evolves.
