Training

An interactive classroom course that serves as a first encounter with the OMP for Metals - demand management solution. It helps participants get comfortable with the basics steps in the demand planning cycle without analyzing in depth.

Target audience

OMP customers that are involved in a OMP for Metals - demand management project.

This includes:

• the key user (demand planner), running the planning cycle.
• IT staff and business analysts participating actively in the project.
• the suppliers of the input data.
• other interested parties.
  
  

The training is not intended for a large group of end-users, like sales representatives entering forecasts for their customers.

Interactive training spread over 4 half-day training sessions.
