Our program offers three certification paths: Advisory, Configuration, and User Engagement. Each path progresses through multiple stages, starting from Basic and advancing through Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. These certifications are further aligned with three key areas of expertise: Operational Planning and Scheduling, Demand Management, and Sales and Operations Planning.
Advisory certification
Certified professionals in this path are equipped to provide expert guidance across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery. They are trained to:
- Conduct thorough readiness checks and tailor solutions to specific business requirements.
- Ensure rigorous testing, oversee dry runs, and manage cutover to live environments.
- Provide hypercare support during the critical post-go-live phase.
- Drive continuous improvement by fine-tuning the solution and periodically realigning it to meet evolving business needs.
- Delivering role-based and business-focused training.
- Creating detailed tutorials and ensuring effective solution testing and validation.
- Coaching key users on business process refinement and data quality best practices.
- Supporting users with shoulder-to-shoulder and hypercare coaching during and after implementation.
- Providing realignment coaching to help businesses adapt to changing needs while sustaining long-term improvements.
