This page includes information relevant to the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) (the DSA).
It is prohibited to use, or to promote, induce, instruct, or enable others to use, OMP Cloud in any way OMP reasonably believes to be illegal, harmful, or offensive. OMP Cloud may not be used to process, store, transmit, or otherwise make available any content which OMP reasonably believes to be of an illegal, harmful, or offensive nature. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
If a user of OMP Cloud would perform any prohibited activity regarding illegal, harmful or offensive content on OMP Cloud, OMP will have the right to immediately remove such content and/or that user’s access to OMP Cloud. If the affected user disagrees with the measures taken by OMP, the user may contact its OMP account manager within 30 days after the implementation of the measures.
The OMP Legal Team acts as the single point of contact within the scope of the DSA for both the EU Member States’ authorities, the EU Commission and the European Board for Digital Services as well as for users of OMP Cloud.
Any communication from the above stakeholders within the scope of the DSA may be submitted to the OMP Legal Team by completing following contact form: DSA contact form. Users of OMP Cloud may also contact OMP Customer Services through OMP Cloud in this regard.
The communication with the OMP Legal Team can be conducted either in English or in Dutch (Nederlands).
In addition, the above contact form may also be used by any person or entity to notify OMP of any specific items of information in OMP Cloud that person or entity considers to be illegal content.
