This form is intended to provide a single point of contact, as required under Article 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), for EU Member States’ authorities, the EU Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users of OMP Cloud.
This form may also be used by any person or entity to notify OMP of any specific items of information in OMP Cloud that person or entity considers to be illegal content, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA.
This form should not be used for any other purpose than the ones set out above. Any personal data provided via this form will be treated according to our Privacy Statement available on omp.com/privacy-statement.
