Axalta Coating Systems implemented OMP Plus for all their demand and supply planning processes worldwide. Global design, core implementation and all rollouts in its EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific regions were achieved in less than one year.

Axalta was going through a system migration on many fronts and decided to select a state of the art global end-to-end planning and scheduling platform including truck load building. In this way, OMP Plus became the Supply Chain Planning System of record at Axalta, covering 17 production sites and more than 200 warehouses; fully integrated in their SAP landscape and used daily by more than 200 global users.

OMP Plus now ensures collaboration between all participants in the supply chain and allows them agility for fast adaptation to changing situations, such as new demand signals and supply disruptions. This truly responsive planning and scheduling is achieved with a connection between OMP Plus and the SAP ERP system.
