Faced with the COVID-19 outbreak and a national shortage for preventative anti-virus materials, Shengda were asked by the China Packaging Association and local government to immediately begin emergency production. Thanks to Dashengda’s employees returning early from their public holiday leave and OMP’s supply chain planning solution, production started quickly and efficiently. In just one week, the company produced 5,200 virus prevention sets, 300,000 sets of disinfectant wipes and almost 1 million face masks.
