Contracts

This offering comprises commercial software products and services and related materials of OM Partners NV (“OMP Programs”). OMP Programs are separately licensed under the OM Partners NV Software License Agreement available for the use of OMP Programs.

All terms and conditions will be agreed upon during contract negotiations. These terms and conditions including the end user license agreements (ELA) are specific to each customer and deployment.
