This non-technical training focuses on supply chain concepts and their application using strategic, tactical, business and management competencies.

The Supply Chain Leader Development Program consists of two four-day segments, providing participants with a blended learning experience involving case studies, peer to peer lectures and team activities.

The program is under the direction of world-renowned supply chain expert Dr. Soumen Ghosh, the Academic Director of supply chain excellence education programs for corporate customers at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business. Dr. Ghosh provides consulting and training services to organizations around the world in areas of operations/manufacturing, supply chain strategy, and capability development.

Active discussion and practical learning assignments are an important part of the program, encouraging the use of knowledge and experience as building blocks in the learning process.

Philip Vervloesem, responsible for OM Partners USA Operations, will present the Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning sessions. These sessions are designed to promote excellence in leadership, focusing on key aspects of the demand and S&OP process and how to leverage technology for optimum results.
