With 22 years’ supply chain digital transformation experience in a whole range of industries, Philip currently leads OMP’s business and market development globally while heading up the company’s US operations. Focusing on vision, strategy, and global community building, Philip has a proven history of boundary stretching and thought leadership in supply chain planning innovation, building new markets, and growing and supporting high-performing teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

Bringing his passion for people, technology, and the customer experience, Tom joined OMP in June 2024 with a mission to focus on excellence in innovation and build a high-performing and customer-oriented product development organization with a faster time to market.
With extensive experience as an executive director and non-executive board member in the services industry, Tom previously held senior leadership positions at SD Worx and Jansen Pharmaceutica, achieving significant business growth, leading transformative initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement by focusing on a better digital experience.
