An integrated planning environment across a global network
A complex network, navigating constraints, and customers requiring the right product at the right time demand a sophisticated supply chain solution. OMP and CF Industries are tackling this together by connecting production planning with real transport, loading, and dock capacity constraints using Unison Planning™. The project spans CF Industries' full global fertilizer portfolio, with go-live planned for later this year, a key step in building more resilient operations across its network and better serving customers. EY is supporting the implementation as a delivery partner, bringing consulting expertise that helped shape the path to this collaboration.
