OMP's Certification Program helps professionals build and demonstrate the skills needed to implement, use, and support Unison Planning™. The program is open to alliance consultants delivering Unison Planning™ and members of customer Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
The certification path consists of different stages, each with defined requirements and assessments. Reaching Stage 3 requires at least three years of hands-on experience implementing Unison Planning™ and successful completion of the required assessments.
For customers, certification means stronger project teams, lower implementation risk, and greater independence after go-live.
"Certification turns 'trusted expertise' into something customers can check,"
Says Dieter Sleeuwaert, Senior Vice President, Global Alliances & Delivery Belgium. "It gives customers confidence in the people delivering their project and the expertise behind it."
JDE Peet’s, working with EY, an OMP alliance partner with certified consultants,is already seeing the value of certified expertise in practice.
"The implementation team brought expertise to a complex, multi-wave rollout, and supported in structuring and preparing for a smooth implementation.
"Having consultants who already knew the solution brought best practices from previous OMP implementations, which helped accelerate deployment throughout the project."
— Tineke Kok, Global SC Program Manager, JDE Peet's
For alliance partners, certification helps strengthen in-house expertise and equips teams to take on increasingly complex projects.
"Certifying our consultants in OMP's Unison Planning has strengthened our ability to deliver complex projects independently, with less reliance on external support. Our customers see this as an additional reason to be confident in our services, as our certified consultants provide them with a wider pool of proven talent to draw from."
