The project kicked off in May 2026 and covers demand planning, operational planning, and scheduling across three Belgian breweries. Unison Express will be seamlessly integrated with Duvel Moortgat’s administrative and execution systems, enabling teams to respond quickly to changes in demand and execution.
Built around standardized planning cycles, predefined scenarios, and clear workflows, the solution establishes a consistent recipe across Duvel Moortgat’s sites and functions. Teams gain end‑to‑end visibility across the planning process, replacing fragmented, site‑specific practices with a shared foundation for coordinated decision‑making.
