Siegwerk Druckfarben started the implementation of OMP Plus in October 2015. The solution was rolled out to 8 factories in 3 continents for production planning & detailed scheduling.

This implementation will allow Siegwerk Druckfarben to improve their current production planning procedures and standardize planning processes and tools across the different production sites. The benefits include increased reliability of production performance by facilitating the generation of feasible plans and increased utilization of existing capacities. Another important objective is to improve the reliability of customer order confirmations.  OMP Plus will provide full visibility on the actual order status and capacity situation across all stages from raw materials to finished goods, allowing easier planning and investigation.
